MotorLux’s role

MotorLux is a marketplace that introduces users. Unless expressly stated, NYRICO is not the seller, buyer, or agent for a vehicle and does not become a party to a contract between users.

Accounts and listings

• You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and have authority to publish the vehicle.
• Listings must honestly describe the vehicle, condition, price, and availability and must not be unlawful or misleading.
• MotorLux may reject, suspend, or remove an account or listing for safety, compliance, or abuse reasons.

Transactions and caution

Users must verify the other party, vehicle, documents, payment, and sale terms themselves. Do not transfer funds before appropriate checks and report suspicious requests.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to operate the service and moderate content but do not guarantee an error-free or uninterrupted service or the absence of third-party fraud. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
